Hidden Histories of New Briggate

An exhibition inspired by the long history of textiles, clothing and tailoring on New Briggate.

All of the output from this project has been a result of the community co-creation that took place over the past few years. Different groups of all ages welcomed me into their space and we worked together to investigate the history that I’d researched and then built upon that in either character or garment design. Thank you to all of them✌🏿

Also a huge thank you to @eaststreetarts for the opportunity to work with so many beautiful peoples over the duration of this project.
